Short version: we collect what is needed to send you a parcel and to answer you afterwards. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
- When you place an order
- Your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address. Any delivery note you write.
- When you pay online
- Your card, UPI or banking details are entered on Razorpay's own payment window and go straight to them. They never pass through this site and we never see them. We receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
- Automatically
- Your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded with the order. They are used to catch abuse — nothing else.
Who else sees it
- Razorpay — to take the payment and to handle refunds.
- Shiprocket and the courier — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and the order records.
That is the whole list. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we do not sell them.
We message you on WhatsApp about your order: confirmation, tracking, and anything we need to ask. Reply STOP and we will only contact you if there is a problem with an order you have placed.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounts and for handling a return — in practice a few years. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Write to kiaorganics@gmail.com and you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. We will answer within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket and address are held in your own browser's session storage while you are ordering and are cleared when you close the tab.
