Where we ship

Anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

What it costs

Paying online saves you ₹49

Choose UPI, card or net banking at checkout and ₹49 comes off the total. Having the courier collect cash and remit it to us costs roughly that, so when you save us the trouble we pass it back rather than keeping it.

Cash on delivery is still there, at the ordinary price. Nothing is added for choosing it.

How long it takes

• We dispatch within 2 working days. Every bottle is filled and packed by hand, so we do not pretend to ship the same day.
• Delivery is normally 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
• Remote PIN codes and the days around a festival take longer.

Tracking

We send the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up. If you have not heard from us within three working days of ordering, message us and we will tell you exactly where it is.

If nobody is home

The courier normally tries twice and then holds the parcel at the local hub. Give a phone number that will be answered — it is the single biggest thing that stops a delivery failing. We message you before dispatch, so tell us then if there is a landmark the courier will need.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the parcel before you open it fully and send us the pictures the same day. We will replace it. See returns and refunds.
