These are the terms on which TODO — the name on the bank account sells through kiah.shop. Placing an order means accepting them.

What we sell

KIAH Herbal Hair Oil is a cosmetic hair oil for external use only. It is not a medicine. It does not treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim. Patch test on your forearm before first use and stop if your skin reacts.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes.
• The total shown on the payment page — item, delivery and any cash-on-delivery charge — is the amount you pay. There is nothing added afterwards.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see your card or UPI credentials.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it to you. We may decline an order — if we are out of stock, if the address is one a courier will not serve, or if it looks fraudulent — and if you have already paid, you get all of it back.

Delivery

See shipping. Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and depend on the courier.

Returns

Accuracy

Photographs are of the actual product. Colour varies slightly between batches because the herbs do, and because a screen is not a bottle.

Liability

We stand behind the product: if it arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, we replace or refund it. Beyond that our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Palakkad, Kerala have jurisdiction.
